  • How much will shipping cost?
    Shipment cost varies depending if it is a local (Spain) or International shipment, the total amount is calculated automatically when checking out. **International customers may be subject to additional charges once the package arrives. Maxi Bubz is not responsible for any customs, duty, or VAT charges you incur for importing our products.
  • Where do you ship from?
    All of our products will ship from Eruope.
  • Do you ship outside internationally?
    Yes. We currently ship all orders from Europe to almost every country in the world.
  • When will i get my order?
    For local shipments orders will take between 5-7 days, rest of the world varies from location to location.

Orders can be delayed by customs. Maxi Bubz is not responsible for orders that have been delayed by customs.

    Please notify Maxi Bubz if it has been over 30 working days and you have not received your merchandise. Lost packages must be brought to our attention within 120 days.
  • Can i track my order?
    All shipments outside of Spain can be tracked. Once you placed and order, you can find your tracking number inside you account profile.
  • What currency am i paying in?

All prices are in Euro, € sign. NOTE: Maxi Bubz is not responsible for currency conversion charges from your credit card  company. If you are in a different country you will most likely see a different charge on your credit card than what you saw when you checked out.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

CREDIT CARD – Give us your credit/debit card number (we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).BE SURE THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER FOR BILLING INFORMATION EXACTLY MATCHES WHAT YOUR BANK
CURRENTLY HAS ON FILE FOR YOU (even if the shipping address is different)!

We will process your order once payment is completed and cleared.Until then, you may receive reminder emails
asking you to submit payment; you can ignore them. We cannot guarantee in-stock product availability by the time payment is
cleared.

  • My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
    If your order arrived damaged, please contact Customer Service through your online account to provide a photo of the order and a brief explanation as to the detail of the damage. Our Customer Service team will then be able to assist you and provide a suitable resolution.
